TMI Electrical Solutions partnered with Hi Five Development Services and the Vineyard Community Church to assist in the design and construction of over 100,000 square foot ministry facility in an existing warehouse structure.
The Vineyard Community Church purchased an abandoned warehouse adjacent to their existing facility to create two separate facilities, one for youth worship and another for outreach ministry to serve the community. The Church asked TMI to utilize their expertise in church design/build projects to engineer and design the complete electrical system and ensure that the finished project met the growing needs of the church.
TMI met with committee members to determine their needs, then surveyed the existing warehouse facility to determine the exact requirements for the electrical installation and design. Utilizing past experience and knowledge of lighting and distribution, TMI engineered and designed a complete electrical and lighting installation.
Student Union- Junior and Senior high school students have taken ownership of their own facility. The students can "check-in" electronically or in person, they have their own Internet café, and can enjoy a 10,000 square foot skate park, basketball court, and distinct worship facilities for both Junior and Senior high students. It's a fun and safe place to be.
Healing Center - Thousands of people from the community are served at the Healing Center each month. The new facility is the source of food, clothing, worship, computer and job training, and other "life-change" opportunities in a safe, non-threatening environment.
The cost-effective nature of renovating an existing structure helped Vineyard Community Church allocate resources to fund a water well in Nigeria.
